·       Pose to Impress: Learn posing that is standard and accepted throughout the industry (Benefit greatly from a figure, bodybuilding and bikini posing clinic. Exude sheer elegance when posing.  COURSE 1

·       Stage Presence / Overall Stage Presentation: Very important in order to leave an impact.  Get all the details about how to not just start, but also finish.... – COURSE 2

·       Make-up:  Facial coverage that works best for you, your specific wardrobe for on stage.  Don't cover-up, but accentuate your natural beauty. - COURSE 3

·       Wardrobe that Works: Discover what works best for your personality. – COURSE 4

·       Mandatory Bodybuilder Poses: Increase your scores by learning what judges look for when judging poses.  Come and hear it straight from the judges’ mouth. – COURSE 5

·       Customized Nutritional Programs & Training: Each individual has to have a plan that is unique to their body and targets their particular physique.
